English Language - Phonics

Outline:

We use the pioneering Jolly Phonics system to fully engage every one of our students learning personalities.

This synthetic phonics system has proven highly effective in enabling preschool, nursery and primary-aged children to learn to read and write.

​

Classes focus on vocabulary-building, learning letter sounds, letter formation, blending (for reading), identifying sounds in words (for writing) and sight words.

​

Learning ABCs this is not - phonics will put your child in the fast lane when they start primary school and they will be reading and writing to a level months or years ahead of their peers.

Our Levels:

From 4 years old, a complete 3-level course in synthetic phonics reading and writing.

​

We strongly suggest Phonics is taken in conjunction with Conversation class to ensure students are ready to move on to our Advanced course.
