Our CEFR PreA1-A1 Oxford University Press courses put your child in the driving seat and accelerate their oral English development.
Children build vocabulary, grammar and confidence lesson by lesson with a whole-child approach incorporating CLIL, arts, crafts, games as well as ample opportunity for independent learning, group-based learning and individual projects and presentations.
Our Levels:
Yoyo Beginners: From 3 years old (2 year course)
Early Starters: From 4 years old (3 year course)
Kindergarten/Primary transition: From 6 years old (until the end of elementary school)
English Language - Phonics
Outline:
We use the pioneering Jolly Phonics system to fully engage every one of our students learning personalities.
This synthetic phonics system has proven highly effective in enabling preschool, nursery and primary-aged children to learn to read and write.
Classes focus on vocabulary-building, learning letter sounds, letter formation, blending (for reading), identifying sounds in words (for writing) and sight words.
Learning ABCs this is not - phonics will put your child in the fast lane when they start primary school and they will be reading and writing to a level months or years ahead of their peers.
Our Levels:
From 4 years old, a complete 3-level course in synthetic phonics reading and writing.
We strongly suggest Phonics is taken in conjunction with Conversation class to ensure students are ready to move on to our Advanced course.
